　　one windy spring day, i observed young people having fun using the wind to fly their kites. multicolored creations of varying shapes and sizes filled the skies like beautiful birds darting and dancing. as the strong winds gusted against the kites, a string kept them in check.

　　let us each rise to the great heights, recognizing that some of the restraints that we may chafe under are actually the steadying force that helps us ascend and achieve.

　　今天，我和爸爸到紅樹林去找一種昆蟲或小動物。

　　我仔細的觀察著，有時只聽見鳥兒們的鳴叫，有時只看到在花叢中翩翩起舞的蝴蝶。雖然，聽見了鳥兒們的歌聲，但是，沒有看見鳥兒的身影。

　　走著走著，我們走到了海邊，看到了一只只海鷗，在曠亮無比的天空中翱翔。它們的嘴巴又尖又紅，還有一身雪白雪白的羽毛，黑不溜秋的小眼睛，一對輕快有力的翅膀，翅膀和背帶著一點灰色，尾巴就像一把比雪還白的'扇子，尾巴邊上還帶著一點棕色，在加上紅彤彤的細細的腿。這就是美麗又快樂的海鷗。

　　我站在海邊的巖石上，看著那些海鷗，有時翱翔在天空中，有時去叼別人丟到海面上的面包屑。他們一個個有自己的姿勢，飛起來的樣子很美。它們有的仿佛在參加空中舞蹈大賽，比比誰跳的舞最好看。有的仿佛在參加擺姿勢大賽，比比誰最會當模特。有的仿佛在參加美食大會，只要一有面包掉在海面上，那些海鷗們就沖過去搶。特別熱鬧!

　　忽然，有人丟了幾塊面包，丟到海面上，那些海鷗如閃電般的沖過去，打鬧的搶著那幾塊面包。又丟來了幾塊面包，那些海鷗又如風一般的沖過去，搶著他們的“美食”。

　　這就是討人喜愛的，自由自在的海鷗。在天空中歡快的翱翔著，舞蹈著!
