從接觸英語開始，我就一直”沉浸”在背英語單詞中不能自拔，然而效果總是那么小，我的英語成績始終在及格線左右徘徊，一不小就不及格了，為了英語，爸爸媽媽也不止教導我一次了，他們總是督促我背英語，整天整天的背。
這不剛寫完作業，媽媽就開始給我提問英語單詞了，我皺著眉頭，左思右想，也僅僅答對了幾個，當然少不了一頓批評，哎，還要接著背單詞。
直到有一天，我突然發現有好多單詞有相似的拼寫，我把它們放在一起，很快就能掌握他們的意思，我像發現了新大陸一樣，把這件事告訴了媽媽，媽媽說只要背會就行，這讓我有點泄氣，還以為她會表揚我一番。不過我發現我掌握單詞的速度還有準確率有著明顯的提高，媽媽也發現了我的進步，這讓我得意了好久。哼，可惡的英語，我也找到了你的破綻。
我用著自己的方法去學習英語，每次考試成績都會上一個臺階，看來英語也并沒有那么難學啊。

Today, I washed the small hamsters with bath sand. They were very funny in their bath. First they scratch their back, then they roll, and then they run. It's so cute! 令人期待已久的英語村已經完工了！很幸運的是我們成為第一批進入快樂英語村游學的學生。
當我一踏進英語村，就像來到國外，里面總共設計了十個情境教室，分別是：機場、圖書館、銀行、商店、飯店、診所、舞臺、科學、舞蹈及家政教室。我抱著愉快的心情開始了第一堂課。
每一間教室都有兩個外國老師。首先我們先到機場，內部有機艙、柜臺......等設施。這對沒出過國的我感到十分新鮮！下一個單元是圖書館，里頭的書都是英文。外國老師還念英文給我們聽，每個人都很專心聆聽喔！我們還自己制作借書證，從玩樂中我們真的`學習不少。下一站-銀行，還是小學生的我當然很想體驗使用提款機，就像媽媽平常去銀行一樣，先領號碼牌再提款。最后中午來到餐廳，雖然同樣吃的是營養午餐，但改用盤子、叉子和湯匙，吃起來特別有風味。接下來，來到的是熟悉的商店，看著柜子上琳瑯滿目的商品，有背包、鞋子、領帶......等，各式各樣、令人目不暇給。玩了一整天，我們最后來到飯店，內部華麗的裝 潢，讓人為之眼睛一亮呢！
