Children hunt for the eggs all around the house. Neighborhoods and organizations hold Easter egg hunts, and the child who finds the most eggs wins a prize. The Easter Bunny is a rabbit-spirit. Long ago, he was called the Easter Hare. Hares and rabbits have frequent multiple births so they became a symbol of fertility. The custom of an Easter egg hunt began because children believed that hares laid eggs in the grass. The Romans believed that All life comes from an egg. Christians consider eggs to be the seed of life and so they are symbolic of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

　　我的媽媽是英語專業的，有時候電話一響，可能就要接上半個小時的電話！那個時候，我和小弟弟就會好奇地看著媽媽，“嘰里呱啦”的`，我們可就聽懂一個詞：“Hello”哦！

　　我和小弟弟商量了一下，吵著嚷著要媽媽教我們英語，媽媽不假思索地答應了。可是媽媽學的是外貿英語，跟少兒英語是風馬牛不相及的啊！在我們的軟磨硬泡下，媽媽制定了一系列“教學計劃”：買來一套套少兒題材的教科書還有光盤、在網上搜索一些兒歌，精心為我們英語課程做準備。

　　開始上課了，我和小弟弟還有小伙伴們坐在小板凳上，認真地聽媽媽講課。媽媽上的課可真生動呀！首先，媽媽幫每個小朋友都取了英文名字。然后，媽媽會玩一些游戲，讓我們在游戲中快樂地學習英語單詞；再者，媽媽的課堂還有兒歌可以聽，這些歌都是耳熟能詳的，有的是中文歌改編的，有的是國外的英文歌，我都特別愛聽。最后，媽媽的課堂是輕松的，我們可以自由地發揮想象，氣氛非常活躍，但是我們都學進去了。
