After that day, the law had passed the rules that the workers’working hours would be 8 hours per day. This strike had made a different. 　　Although about three-quarters of the global area is covered with water, only one percent can be used. Lack of freshwater resources is a common problem in the world. One of the reasons is that the global freshwater resources have a uneven distribution. And the other reason is wasting water.

　　China is one of the most water-short countries in the world. It has less than 1/4 of the world average water. By this token,we all can see how important the freshwater resources are for us. According to statistics, there are about two-thirds of the urban cities on a national scale that don’t have enough water to use. In the area of Loess plateau, the water consumption per capita only has about 23 liters. What an appalling number it is！

　　But in our daily life, we can see the scene of wasting water everywhere. We usually see the tap running water but nobody turns it off. And the water pollution in our life is also a common behavior. People always use excess laundry soap to wash clothes, and it always makes pollution.
