教老師學英語、單詞運動會、走出迷宮、等等新穎有趣的項目對于大膽聰明的我們都是小菜一碟，我們毫不費工夫把英語水平發揮得淋漓盡致，但是，唯獨跳蚤市場讓我們背上了一個沉重的`大包袱。跳蚤市場獲得的金額拿回本金，其它的要捐給困難兒童，這次活動也是考驗一個團隊的能力、智慧以及是經濟頭腦。
首先，我們湊足了義賣小組人數，再把店名、口號、崗位一一定下，緊接著又是計劃書、服裝、宣傳等等瑣事，最最重要且麻煩的問題就是：貨源！我們知道必須在一個星期內準備好充足的貨源，這個貨源并不是想定就可以定的，要考慮好不好賣、賣不好怎么處理、本金會不會太昂貴等等，于是，在周末時就發動了小組內的“精英”去各大商場尋貨源。
琳瑯滿目的物品弄得我這個總策劃不知從何下手，反復與組員們探討，慎重考慮后決定以舊物為大目標，把一些零七八碎的小東西作為小方向，其實也不是很慎重，就像是圓桌會議一般，舉手平等表決，認為舊物最不費本金，且大家的舊物大半部分都是半新的，或是根本就舍不得用的小玩意兒。
