　　as the keen competition becomes more common in our society, nowadays people are facing more work-related stress. those never finished work put us into a situation in which we have a race against time. the problem is that the task must be done at the moment has nothing to do with our ultimate aim, but a lot are still waiting for us to deal with. so when the deadline comes, stress affects us physically and psychologically.

　　in my oppion, two things cause stress, tiredness and time. you can imagine when a pile of work is laid out before your ehausted body, you must feel some changes in yourself, such as increased breathing rate, blood pressure level, headache and oppressed.

　　on the other hand, time is another key factor. because time is always limited, people try to do more within less time. at times, boosted by hopes, people spend untold time on work, but it takes forever to finish, then stress remains as a part of peoples life.

　　as time slips by, hopes dim, stress raises. and some steps must be taken to solve the problem.

　　many people are caught up in the cycle of stress but they do not realize it. so the most important step is being aware of potential stresses and avoiding them. then make a list to organize your work in a better way so that you can keep a balance between work and rest, in this situation, stress is not allowed to build up at all.

　　今天，我和爸爸、媽媽乘坐游六路來(lái)到了石家莊市動(dòng)物園。

　　走進(jìn)大門(mén)，我們首先參觀了“火烈鳥(niǎo)館”，火烈鳥(niǎo)的嘴端是黑色的，它的中基部是粉色的，羽毛是粉紅色的，特別美麗。接著，我們又參觀了珍猴館，里面有黑葉猴，黑疣猴，長(zhǎng)尾猴，這些小猴子都非常的獨(dú)特。我們又參觀了“猩猩館”，“大象館”，“猴山”，還有“熊貓館”。最使我們難忘的還是“熊貓館”，里面有兩只大熊貓，一只是“朵朵”，另一只是“婭祥”，“朵朵”很安靜的在隔壁吃竹子，而“婭祥”在外邊，是因?yàn)楣ぷ魅藛T要清理一下“婭祥”的屋子，“婭祥”還以為進(jìn)不去了，于是就用腳踹，屁股頂，身體撞，還站立起來(lái)拍打玻璃窗，非要進(jìn)去，后來(lái)見(jiàn)撞不開(kāi)，非常生氣惱火，飛快的沿著館墻憤怒的`跑了一圈，緊接著又撞門(mén)，一連串動(dòng)作非常滑稽又可愛(ài)，看得游人非常驚詫?zhuān)c電視上溫順可愛(ài)的大熊貓完全兩樣。這樣重復(fù)了好幾次，后來(lái)“婭祥”可能氣糊涂了，竟然倒著走路，我想這只熊貓脾氣可真大呀！不達(dá)目的不罷休。后來(lái)，我進(jìn)館看到“婭祥”的屋子里不僅有新鮮的竹子，還非常的涼爽，怪不得“婭祥”這麼想進(jìn)來(lái)呀！這時(shí)隨著“嘭”的一聲，“婭祥”終于把門(mén)撞開(kāi)了，飛快的跑到竹子旁，立刻躺在地上，而且四腳朝天，緊接著兩手拿起身邊將近兩米竹子，用力地折為兩截，一手拿一截，放到嘴里用牙齒剝皮，剝掉的皮放到自己的肚皮上，光吃里面的肉，就像我們吃甘蔗一模一樣，吃得津津有味，看的我目瞪口呆，“婭祥”和在外邊判若兩人，真是太可愛(ài)了！

　　依依不舍得離開(kāi)了熊貓館，我們又去了動(dòng)物表演場(chǎng)，我看到了猴升旗，小猴騎單車(chē)，獅子、老虎作揖敬禮、小狗熊騎無(wú)座車(chē)，還能帶人呢！還有山羊走獨(dú)木橋……非常的有趣。直到散場(chǎng)了我還舍不得離開(kāi)。

　　還有我和爸爸還登上了動(dòng)物園最高峰，在頂峰的涼亭上，四處眺望，整個(gè)動(dòng)物園盡收眼底，風(fēng)景特別的好，真有一覽眾山小的感覺(jué)。

　　游玩了一天，讓我收獲頗多，了解了好多動(dòng)物，又從新認(rèn)識(shí)了好多動(dòng)物，從中學(xué)到了好多知識(shí)，讓我大開(kāi)眼界，傍晚的時(shí)候帶著對(duì)動(dòng)物們依依不舍得心情我和爸爸媽媽離開(kāi)了動(dòng)物園回家。
