Learning to swim is difficult for a man who is not in the water. Mainly because there is no confidence, fear of choking water. 每個人都有自己的愛好，我的愛好有游泳、作文、英語、琵琶，可是我最喜歡游泳。

一天，我和媽媽及朋友一起來到了“金茂國際俱樂部”。我們做了熱身運動，就鉆到了水底下，水的溫度是28度，可是一點都沒有那么高，我感到有點冷，但我們還是堅持游了3個小時，這是因為我經常在家練習增強體質，所以才會這樣。感覺有點累，我們又玩了一會……
通過學習游泳，我深深感覺到對于一件事只要我們有興趣并且刻苦努力去做，就一定會成功。
