星期三上午，是英語老師的課，在我們心中，我們都是最怕英語老師的了。可那些男生，因為不知道是英語老師的課，在老師沒有來之前，就吵吵鬧鬧地開始了在我們女生眼里認為幼稚的游戲——紙飛機大戰。只見每個男生手里都拿著一架紙飛機，在教室后方站成一列，以黑板為靶子，一個一個的輪流來，看誰的“扔紙飛機”技術更好些。他們蓄勢待發，等待裁判喊開始。小強首當其發，弓著腰，左腿微微彎曲，右腿向后撇著，把紙飛機放在嘴邊呵了一口氣，用力一扔……“哈哈哈哈哈哈……”我們一群女生捧腹大笑起來。小強羞的臉紅到了脖子根，因為他扔的紙飛機連黑板都沒碰上。第二個出場的是小明，一看到前面的小強這樣的成績，他就信心百倍了。小明瞇著眼，看了看靶心的位置，把紙飛機一甩——“嗖——”的一聲，正中靶心。哇塞！小明可真不愧是我們班視力最好的男生了，真是“神箭手”啊！排在第三個的是我們班的倒霉鬼小超，他也不甘示弱，可結果卻不如他的意。不是射的不好，而是在他射出去的那一瞬間，意想不到的事情發生了——英語老師剛好進教室，紙飛機正中英語老師的“啤酒肚”……
“你們班的紀律是怎么搞的！！！瞧瞧你們這些男生，上課不回座位，到在后面玩紙飛機！！！你們都是即將要畢業的學生了，還玩這么幼稚的游戲！你們班在三樓，我在一樓就聽見你們班發出的聲音了。我告訴你們，以后上課不回座位，大聲嚷嚷的話，我罰你們這些男生掃一個月的教室……”在老師面前，男生們就像焉了的茄子——無精打采的。我們女生就一本正經的坐在座位上，幸災樂禍，偷偷捂著嘴笑。這件事讓我們女生哭笑不得，真是一件開學新鮮事啊！

學生是教學的主體。因此，了解和分析學生情況，有針對地教學對教學成功與否至關重要。最初接觸教學的時候，我還不懂得了解學生對教學的重要性，只是專心研究書本，教材，想方設法令課堂生動，學生易接受。但一開始我就發現我按照自己的教學設計，上了一堂自認為生動有趣的課，認為教學效果會很理想，怎知反饋出來才知道不如人意。后來才知道我講的口語大部分同學聽不懂，而教學的`部分內容同學們以前從來未接觸過。從而可知，我在上課前根本沒有了解清楚學生的實際情況,沒有備好學生的課。以后，要漸漸克服這一點。
二、全心投入，講求方法，精神百倍，豐富課堂。
在教學過程中老師是教學的領導者和參與者。講求方法，豐富課堂是教師在整個教學過程中首要的任務。英語作為一門外語言，需要多應運。因此，除了課堂效果之外，還需要讓學生多讀，多講，多練。課后發現學生作業問題也及時解決，及時講清楚，讓學生及時消化。上課內容豐富，現實。教態自然，講課生動，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以，老師每天都要有充足的精神，讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍。回看自己的授課，我感到有點愧疚，因為有時我并不能很好地做到這點。當學生在課堂上無心向學，違反紀律時，我的情緒就受到影響，并且把這帶到教學中，讓原本正常的講課受到沖擊，發揮不到應有的水平，以致影響教學效果。我以后必須努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解決課堂中的問題。
三，具體分析，因材施教，培優轉差，快樂教學
整個教學過程中由于學生的掌握情況不同，出現了優差分層，一方面，有的學生英語聽，說的能力相對較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學，同學們還不能適應。另一方面，有的同學們比較活躍，上課氣氛積極，成績較好。因此，講得太淺，沒有照顧到整體，所以教學效果不如理想。從而可以看出，了解及分析學生實際情況，實事求是，具體問題具體分析，做到因材施教，對授課效果有直接影響。所以。我利用課余時間對優秀生進行課外的知識補充，對差生根據實際情況進行相對應輔導，使學生成績整體提高。從而建立學生自信心。提高學習興趣。
由于每一位教師尤其英語教師，大家都在不斷的改善和創新自己的教學，難免有失敗和彎路。不過我堅信，只有不斷創新和實踐才能有進步，才能不斷完善教育教學，這是我一學期來的教學總結和感想，希望大家能給我寶貴的意見和建議。
