今天正好看到TED一位心理學家的關于此話題的演講，她比較全面的講述了全球所遇到科技帶來人的改變并將我們引向何方。目前的人們熱衷于網絡的聯絡而忽視現實的交流，導致大家即使聚在一起，在同一空間卻并沒有真正在一起，人們忙著瀏覽社交平臺，忙著在網絡上與他人互動。科技如此吸引人的原因是它正中人類的脆弱，我們都是脆弱的，是孤獨的，害怕獨處。人們熱衷頻繁在網絡上的交流是源于網絡帶來的三大錯覺：第一，我們可以把精力分配到想關注的地方，忽略現實不滿;第二，隨時都會有人關注并傾聽我;第三，我永遠不會是一個人。就是這些錯覺導致人們錯過培養獨處的能力，然而留給自己獨處的空間與時間是構筑一個人健康心理的基石，它能幫助一個人自省以及認識真實的自己。但我們卻是逃避這樣的時刻，殊不知缺乏獨處能力只會導致更孤獨，從而導致頻繁的交流不過是在流露自己的不安與焦慮，那些你交流的對象也并非真正你想去了解，深入交流的人而是支撐你脆弱自我的備用零件。
