所謂食品安全，就是食品里不含任何對人體有害物質。如果食品變質或者含有毒物質，就會給我們身體帶來危害甚至危及生命。食品安全關乎人的生命健康。劣質食品極大得危害了人的健康，輕則拉肚子腹瀉，重則中毒昏迷，更有甚者可能會引起死亡。的確，食品安全直接關系著群眾的身體健康和生活質量。學校周邊有許多小店，那誘人的“美食“發出陣陣香味，同學們抵擋不住零食的誘惑，你五角，我一元地買了許多零食，結果有些買零食的同學都因為買了不衛生的食品而拉肚子。
記得有一次我在電視里看到了一個新聞:某一知名酸奶品牌因為某種原因，把過期的酸奶重新包裝了一遍，還好食品質量監督管理局及時發現，不然后果不堪設想。看看這些廠家，多么毒辣，為了市場上的競爭，竟不顧消費者的健康。
以上事例都足以證明食品安全的重要性，食品不安全的事件給人們的生活造成了很大的影響，食品監管部門也一直很重視這個問題。相信有關部門能夠嚴肅處理，嚴格管理，給大家一個放心的食品食用環境。而我們作為一名小學生，作為社會的一份子，我們也應該要不斷提高自我保護能力和自我保護意識，以及盡自己的綿薄之力配合監管部門工作。
