　　severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

　　我的看法是，為了保護環境，政府應當采取更具體的措施。首先，應當通過教育的方法使人們充分謒到環境保護的重要性。第二，應更加努力把計劃生育政策付諸實施，因為人口多就意味著污染嚴重。最后，要嚴懲那些故意破壞環境者。使他們破壞環境就是毀滅人類自己。
