In addition, I will make plans for several short periods, such as monthlyplan and weekly plan. By doing so, I can clearly know what my major task ofdifferent. Finally, daily plan is necessary, too. Write down my tasks for every day and finish them strictly. Remember not put tasks until tomorrow. With thesedifferent plans, I can arrange my time reasonably and get sometime to play.

我得承認(rèn)，對于一個英語聽說能力不強(qiáng)的人，如果照做的話一開始的過程會非常的痛苦。很有可能的結(jié)果是一部電影下來什么也沒有聽明白。但是，請相信我，如果能夠堅(jiān)持這樣做的話，那么在10部電影之后，就會聽懂相當(dāng)多的對白，并且能夠復(fù)述聽懂的對白中的一半。每一個人都有接受語言的本能，這個辦法帶有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)制性，但可以把我們的語言潛能發(fā)掘出來。在一開始的時候，建議挑選一些曾經(jīng)看過的影碟，這樣會幫助你對英語原聲的理解。另外，一定要保證每天，最多不超過兩天就要看一盤碟片。另外，如果條件允許，那么最好自己在一個房間里面以避免干擾。這個方法可以有效鍛煉英語聽說的基本功。
2.利用一切機(jī)會擴(kuò)大自己的詞匯量，但是先要扔掉4-6級考試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)詞匯表
4-6級的詞匯表對于擴(kuò)大詞匯量幾乎沒有價值，這個是我的個人之見。希望不要在這上面畫太多的時間。如果看碟片的程度已經(jīng)可以聽懂一些對白的話，那么可以關(guān)注一下詞匯，如果在一個段落中一個生詞反復(fù)出現(xiàn)，那么可以打開英文字幕，然后查一下這個詞的意思。花15s記住這個詞，然后再看碟片，特別留意新詞匯。這種方式，會讓生詞記憶的特別牢。對于感興趣的咨訊，不妨多訪問一些英文的站點(diǎn)。體育，娛樂，新聞，或者隨便什么其他的，隨意瀏覽即可。對于出現(xiàn)率高的生詞，就查一下，然后記下來。
最后，要利用可能的機(jī)會記生詞。注意廣告、雜志、游戲和新聞中出現(xiàn)的每一個讓自己感興趣的詞。比如，在乘地鐵的時候，可以注意一下吳大維主持的TalkDaTalk短片，會有機(jī)會學(xué)到"Yellowcab"這樣地道的表達(dá)。這是英語口語的內(nèi)功，需要日積月累。
