three year ago, i weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. like always failing my p.e examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. it was my grandmother’s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. she said “ my dear, if you can’t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. so i began to cautiously employ the new way of thinking. by choosing to change my outlook on life, i developed the confidence to make a difference and finally i found a totally new world.

the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong. we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

我想每個教師肯定有很多。雖沒有那么多的感天泣地的故事情節，但也有印象深刻和意義深長的故事情景。
20xx年9月，剛剛從學校畢業來到我校成為一名教師，當第一次走進教室時學生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進學校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個學期，發怒成了我生活中出現得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業這些都會引起我的發怒。于是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內容的學生。
其實，每一個孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學習成績有些差強人意，但他有可能是運動會上的冠軍，是勞動中的能手，是他主動送生病的同學去醫務室，誰能說他不是個好孩子，又有誰是完美的呢？
無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規越墻出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當他發覺剛才踏的不
是椅子，而是自己的師傅時，驚慌失措，張口結舌。但師傅并沒有厲聲責備他，只是以平靜的語調說：“夜深天涼，快去多穿一件衣服�！� 故事深深地打動了我，孩子們對老師是寬容的，只要你對他們付出過愛心，那么你曾經對他們的冷言冷語，暴跳如雷，他們都可以原諒。他們崇拜你、愛你。我又常常想，老師也應該對學生寬容再寬容一些，蕓蕓眾生，各有所長，各有所短，可能他們經常無法克制自己的言行，無法很好地完成學習任務，不一定有輝煌的未來，可是誰說一個平凡的人就比誰低人一等呢？像故事中的那個老和尚，就清楚地知道，寬容是一種無聲的教育。雖然書本知識的灌輸是很重要的，但是給學生營造一個寬容的學習環境，在鼓勵學生的人格力量的成長上，個性張揚的發展上，是有利得多的。整體的社會潮流、教育氛圍和工作生活壓力，有時候讓我們教師偏離了方向。
這段故事使我更深的領悟到“愛”是連接師生心靈的橋梁，作為教育活動的主體，我們必須有一顆愛心，只有熱愛學生，設身處地的理解學生，幫助學生，才會從各方面了解清楚學生的情況，才能使學生積極、主動的去接受教育。當然，通過交流也會促使教師更加努力的工作，并從中體會到一種特殊的“幸�！�。在教育教學中，我深深的感受到“教育愛”的重要與偉大。
有人說過這樣一句話：老師不經意的一句話，可能會創造一個奇跡；老師不經意的一個眼神，也許會扼殺一個人才。老師習以為常的行為，對學生終身的發展會產生不可估量的影響，所以我們要牢記教書育人，誨人不倦的理念，做一個有愛心、有耐心、有責任心的合格的人民教師
