經(jīng)常聽人說游泳是一項(xiàng)非常好的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，堅(jiān)持游泳可以強(qiáng)身健體。游泳也是一種生活中必須擁有的生存技能，當(dāng)洪災(zāi)到來的時(shí)候可以自救生還，甚至可以去搶救幫助陌生人。既然游泳如此重要，所以就趁著暑假征求爸爸媽媽的意見參加了游泳少兒培訓(xùn)班。

開課了，我懷著無比激動(dòng)的心情，在爸爸媽媽的陪同下來到了訓(xùn)練場地。剛到的我就迫不及待的.想下水，被我們的霍老師攔住了。霍老師微笑著對我們說：“別心急，等會(huì)跟著我大家一塊訓(xùn)練。”接下來老師讓我們做了下水前的熱身運(yùn)動(dòng)，然后才囑咐我們下到水里。剛下到水里我有點(diǎn)害怕，呆在那一動(dòng)不動(dòng)，老師發(fā)現(xiàn)后對我說：“先適應(yīng)一下，要堅(jiān)持，很快就習(xí)慣了。只要你能堅(jiān)持住，就會(huì)成功的。”聽著老師的話，我在心里對自己說，堅(jiān)持，我會(huì)成功的。憋氣三秒，感到?jīng)]氣了，趕緊把頭往上抬；接著繼續(xù)鉆進(jìn)水里五秒、十秒，如此反復(fù)的練習(xí)，最后功夫不負(fù)有心人，我終于會(huì)憋氣漂浮了。

Holding my breath for three seconds, I feel dead, so I quickly lift my head up; then I continue to drill into the water for five seconds, ten seconds, so many times of practice, and finally I will hold my breath and float.
兩節(jié)課后，我已經(jīng)熟練掌握了憋氣和漂浮，老師便開始教我們的手上動(dòng)作和腿上動(dòng)作。老師不停地讓我們練壓水抬頭換氣蹬腿。我堅(jiān)持不懈的訓(xùn)練著從開始游到兩根水線，到最后我可以一次性游到對岸了。沒有白吃的苦，沒有白費(fèi)的功，通過自己刻苦和不懈的努力我學(xué)會(huì)了游泳。
After two classes, I have mastered holding breath and floating skillfully, and the teacher began to teach us hand movements and leg movements. The teacher kept us practising water pressure, raising our heads, breathing and kicking. I've been training to swim from the beginning to the two waterlines, and finally I can swim to the other side at one time. I learned to swim through my own hard and unremitting efforts.
經(jīng)過十幾天的游泳訓(xùn)練使我明白了一個(gè)道理，堅(jiān)持就是勝利，堅(jiān)持，功夫不負(fù)有心人。只要堅(jiān)持，長長的道路一步一步也能夠走完，相反，很短的路，不走，也不會(huì)完。只要堅(jiān)持一定可以把困難解決。
After more than ten days of swimming training, I have learned a truth: persistence is victory, persistence, and Kung Fu is not inferior to those who are willing.
