尊敬的輔導員：
今天早上第一節課，英語聽說課，輔導員老師來查課了，很遺憾我們兩個班再次讓老師失望了，一共九名同學沒到，其中我們班有四名同學。其實身為班長，我應該做出這樣的一個檢討。
其實今天中午我有一個會，期間我和我得好朋友講過這樣一個問題，為什么每次我們班在“狀態”不好的時候輔導員就會來查到我們班呢?!其實問題問的很有意思，但朋友卻很坦誠的講了她的看法：“不存在狀態不好的情況下正好被輔導員查到你們班犯了錯誤，而是狀態其實一直在潛移默化的走下坡路，輔導員一次查課后會明顯的看到這個錯誤走了多深了。如果你在意這一點的話你就看到的太少了�！逼鋵嵥f的很對，我們班的錯誤是潛移默化的，表面上所有人都不易察覺，這跟很多的大環境有關系，包括我們有了新的各種各樣的專業課，作業量增加了。還有活動變多了，會議變多了，天氣的驟變等等影響了一切。這些其實也潛移默化的影響到了我們學習的狀態，每個人都應該自我調整好，但其實說的很是簡單，這需要一個過程，一個過度的階段去調整。我不是在推脫遲到的錯誤性，僅僅就事論事。所以在此我也想過我們班問題層出不窮的原因，歸根結底我們還是由于每個人的行為習慣和我們所處的大環境所致，想改變現狀只能在一個良好的契機之下有所轉變。這次查課也希望我們班每個同學都能意識得到問題所在，尤其是遲到的同學，把這個問題深入到自己的內心中，嚴于律己。
關于我們班又一次出現了這樣的情況，讓我想起了上次同樣的問題，同樣的我給輔導員寫了一份檢討，那份檢討中我寫了很多的自己的感受和看法想法。我知道這次出現了同樣的問題讓輔導員也讓我自己覺得前面的檢討中所講的都已成空話了。我無奈過，苦笑過。也許有一天我可能覺得我寫的檢討書水平都超越了自己的作文水平了，班級中還是會出現錯誤，這都是不可避免的。前一段時間我和很多環藝的好朋友在一起聊過，講起xxx班的'過去，他們很是羨慕我已經領導出這樣的一個團體了，事事奮發向上，積極性很高，團隊精神和責任感都十足的一個團隊。幾個班也把我們班當作了一個模版來學習和超越�，F在想想其實再好的團隊也會有出大錯誤的時候，也有解決不了的問題，沒有一個團隊是不可能不出錯誤的。關鍵是現在面臨的問題我能不能正確的處理好，以至于后期不會再出現更多更大的問題�，F在的我不能保證說我們班絕對不會再出問題了，原因有二：1.所有人對這個學校和我們所處的環境有了更深的理解，對于越來越熟悉的環境他們就會有不同的發展，這和以前有所不同了。2.每個人的追求不同，加上我們的環境隨時都在改變，前面提到的作業和專業課等等這就是所改變的。所以對于這兩個問題我們只能在所犯的錯誤面前說我們希望問題盡量避免。其實誰不渴望不出問題呢，但事情擺在我們面前的時候我們所能做的只能是接受了，我并不是不喜歡寫檢討，其實我挺喜歡這樣的一個形式，寫寫一些心里話，這樣對我和我將來的成長等等也是有推動性作用的。
做了快一年的班長，很多感情都已經建立，整個班集體也好，對于班級體內的個人也好，我們都在各自改變，大家同處一個環境里，彼此間都是親密無間的，這種感覺很好。我愛這樣的一個團體，以至于我們出現了問題我依舊深深的與班集體同在，因為這里永遠都會有一份久違的溫暖所在。在博客里寫下檢討書是我生來第一次做，我無怨無悔，既然身在其位，我該例行職責，錯誤就該及時指出和糾正。這也是一種激勵吧，我也堅信我們班在以后的學習和工作中也會成長很高，錯誤點變少。
