3、知識(shí)的總結(jié)與分享，完成客戶端在安卓4.0/4.1，IOS6.0以上系統(tǒng)上出現(xiàn)的兼容等問題，完成了兼容性測試案例的編寫以及兼容性測試的培訓(xùn)工作。在日常工作中，發(fā)現(xiàn)兼容上重大問題，在測試部門群中發(fā)布分享。
4、完成所需知識(shí)積累，學(xué)習(xí)所需知識(shí)、工具以及技能。在工作中學(xué)習(xí)了銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程規(guī)范、學(xué)習(xí)公司研發(fā)規(guī)范、參加了公司組織的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)、學(xué)習(xí)了各種測試工具的使用。
二：對(duì)公司的建議與意見
對(duì)公司和部門建設(shè)上，我有以下幾點(diǎn)建議：
1、對(duì)員工進(jìn)行金融知識(shí)的系統(tǒng)培訓(xùn)，讓測試人員了解銀行業(yè)務(wù)流程，有助于測試人員更加詳細(xì)了解業(yè)務(wù)流程，測試過程會(huì)少走很多彎路。
2、部門內(nèi)希望多組織技術(shù)交流討論，促進(jìn)測試工作的開展和提高。一年至少有2次這樣的交流。
3、公司在項(xiàng)目開發(fā)前期，希望盡可能的明確需求，盡可能的詳盡需求說明書內(nèi)容。在測試過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)很多項(xiàng)目缺少需求說明書，需求說明書不明確或者需求說明書內(nèi)容錯(cuò)誤，誤導(dǎo)了開發(fā)和測試，浪費(fèi)了時(shí)間，影響了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度。
4、建議項(xiàng)目需求設(shè)計(jì)可以有測試員參與討論。
5、公司管理有點(diǎn)混亂，個(gè)人感覺公司對(duì)每位員工的重視程度不夠!節(jié)假日公司應(yīng)該給每位員工一定的福利和關(guān)心。
6、個(gè)人感覺平時(shí)的效率比較低，希望測試部門能夠有所調(diào)整。希望公司能制定質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及開發(fā)、測試工作流程，讓開發(fā)更好的了解測試的流程，增強(qiáng)開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)與測試團(tuán)隊(duì)的配合，提高工作效率。
7、加強(qiáng)部門測試成果的積累與沉淀，提高團(tuán)隊(duì)測試水準(zhǔn)，希望我們的團(tuán)隊(duì)能夠做的更好，能夠已團(tuán)隊(duì)的形式參與軟件項(xiàng)目的開發(fā)，而不僅僅是一個(gè)項(xiàng)目中毫不起眼的小小測試員。
三：20xx年工作計(jì)劃與學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃
20xx年工作計(jì)劃就是希望通過自己的努力，讓我們的產(chǎn)品更加完美，讓自己在軟件測試技能上有所提高，更多的關(guān)注軟件產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)過程，提高工作效率、做到與用戶的需求一致，提高公司軟件產(chǎn)品用戶滿意度。
具體來說20xx年工作計(jì)劃有：努力提高自身測試水準(zhǔn)，努力學(xué)習(xí)金融知識(shí)以及業(yè)務(wù)流程，學(xué)會(huì)需求分析，掌握需求分析在測試中的作用，參與公司更多的開發(fā)項(xiàng)目的測試工作。
