通過這件事，我感到這雖然是一件偶然發(fā)生的事情，但同時(shí)也是長(zhǎng)期以來對(duì)自己放松要求，工作作風(fēng)渙散的必然結(jié)果。經(jīng)過幾天的反思，我對(duì)自己這半年的工作成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)回憶和分析。記得剛上任的時(shí)候，我對(duì)自己的要求還是比較高的，時(shí)時(shí)處處也都能遵守相關(guān)規(guī)定，從而努力完成各項(xiàng)工作。但近期來，由于工作逐漸走上了軌道，而自己對(duì)部門的一切也比較熟悉了，尤其是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我的關(guān)懷和幫助在使我感到溫暖的同時(shí)，也慢慢開始放松了對(duì)自己的要求，反而認(rèn)為自己已經(jīng)做得很好了。因此，這次發(fā)生的事使我不僅感到是自己的恥辱，更為重要的是我感到對(duì)不起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我的信任，愧對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心。
同時(shí)，在這件事中，我還感到，自己在工作責(zé)任心上仍就非常欠缺，對(duì)于體育活動(dòng)，院里一向是很重視的，可是我卻犯下了如此重大的錯(cuò)誤，導(dǎo)致院里直接失去了參賽的資格，我一個(gè)人的失職，卻讓眾多運(yùn)動(dòng)員們失去機(jī)會(huì)，而且更重要的是給院里抹黑了，為此，我感到十分的羞愧。現(xiàn)在，我深深感到，這是一個(gè)非常危險(xiǎn)的傾向，也是一個(gè)極其重要的苗頭，如果不是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，并要求自己深刻反省，而放任自己繼續(xù)放縱和發(fā)展，那么，后果是極其嚴(yán)重的，甚至都無法想象會(huì)發(fā)生怎樣的工作失誤。因此，通過這件事，在深感痛心的同時(shí)，我也感到了幸運(yùn)，感到了自己覺醒的及時(shí)，這在我今后的人生成長(zhǎng)道路上，無疑是一次關(guān)鍵的轉(zhuǎn)折。所以，在此，我在向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)做出檢討的同時(shí)，也向你們表示發(fā)自內(nèi)心的感謝。

對(duì)于這次的嚴(yán)重失職，是由于我的`疏忽大意，看錯(cuò)了比賽的時(shí)間，導(dǎo)致我院參賽隊(duì)伍直接被取消比賽資格。歸根究底，是由于我的以下幾點(diǎn)原因造成的：
責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)，沒有身為學(xué)生干部的意識(shí)。作為一個(gè)學(xué)生干部，一個(gè)部門的部長(zhǎng)，我本應(yīng)該勤勤懇懇的工作，做的一絲不茍，做好每一件領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的事，盡到一個(gè)學(xué)生干部應(yīng)盡的職責(zé)。可是我由于責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)，沒有仔細(xì)查看比賽的詳情，導(dǎo)致我院失去了參賽的資格。
疏忽大意，粗心。在工作之中，我只是簡(jiǎn)單的觀看了一下比賽的流程，并沒有仔細(xì)看過，所以會(huì)對(duì)比賽的時(shí)間不熟悉，導(dǎo)致記錯(cuò)了比賽開始的時(shí)間，從而導(dǎo)致了如此嚴(yán)重的后果。
通過這件事情，我感到自己責(zé)任心不強(qiáng)，但同時(shí)也是長(zhǎng)期以來對(duì)自己放松要求，工作作風(fēng)渙散的必然結(jié)果。自己身學(xué)生干部，應(yīng)該嚴(yán)以律已，對(duì)自己嚴(yán)格要求!然而自己卻不能好好的約束自己，由于自己的失職，給院里帶來了極壞的影。這也說明，我對(duì)自己的工作沒有足夠的責(zé)任心，也沒有把自己的工作更加做好，更加走上新臺(tái)階的思想動(dòng)力。在自己的思想中，仍就存在得過且過，混日子的應(yīng)付思想。現(xiàn)在，我深深感到，這是一個(gè)非常危險(xiǎn)的傾向，也是一個(gè)極其重要的苗頭。
因此，這次發(fā)生的事使我不僅感到是自己的恥辱，更為重要的是我感到對(duì)不起領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)我的信任，愧對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)心。
