1、由于違約，或做錯了事，說錯了話，或是因服務不周造成了某種不良后果， 當事人必須為此道歉。 書寫道歉類便條時要注意：
(1)要言辭懇切，誠心誠意，指出自己并非故意傷害或開罪對方，切忌對自己的 過失作過多辯解。
(2). 要請對方諒解自己的過失或給對方帶來的`不便。
(3). 需要使用 I’m sorry, I apologize 等字眼明確表達自己的歉意。
2、正文主要有4 個部分:
(1). 道歉行為和內容。
(2). 道歉的具體理由。
(3). 彌補方法。
(4). 進一步致歉
